Clara Cullmann-Petroll
(e:fs TechHub GmbH)

Clara Cullmann-Petroll is a developer at e:fs TechHub GmbH and does research on Causal Inference.  She earned her Master’s degree in mathematics at the Technical University Kaiserslautern in 2020. Since then she has been working in the research project HolmeS³, a cooperation project between OTH Regensburg, imbus AG and e:fs TechHub GmbH. She focuses on causal inference methods and their application to corner case search in the context of highly automated driving.
Dr. Olga Mordvinova

Olga Mordvinova is the founder and CEO of incontext.technology GmbH (INCTEC), a deep-tech company with a focus on smart automation. Special attention is paid to increasing effectiveness and supporting sustainability in Industry 4.0 and critical infrastructures. With the help of AI/ML, the company offers a product for intelligent monitoring that can be easily integrated with existing businesses. The product promotes transparency, effectiveness and resilience of processes and equipment. INCTEC has been awarded several times as “AI champion Baden-Württemberg 2021” or “Newcomer 2021 in the Industry 4.0″ by Orange and was winner at the SNCF/Orange development challenge.
In 2022 Olga has been selected as one of the top 50 female entrepreneurs in Germany. Before founding her company, she worked in software development with focus on distributed computing, data-intensive applications, and AI at IBM, SAP and ProsiebenSat1 and taught at the University of Heidelberg. Olga also holds various positions in associations like VDU, BITKOM, VDMA and initiatives launched by the BMBF.
Prof. Dr. Sonja Haug
(OTH Regensburg)

Prof. Dr. Sonja Haug is Professor of Empirical Social Research at the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Regensburg and co-director of the Institute for Social Research and Technology Assessment (IST). She studied sociology, psychology, and philosophy of science at the University of Mannheim, where she also received her doctorate and habilitation at the University of Mainz. After graduation, she was a research associate at the University of Stuttgart, the Mannheim Center for European Social Research (MZES), the University of Leipzig, the Federal Institute for Population Research (BiB), and head of research unit at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). Her current focus areas include migration, family, aging research, and social aspects of digitalization in health and energy. Related to Data Science are studies on the acceptance of robotics in the health sector, especially telepresence robotics for stroke patients, on the state of digitization of Bavarian rehabilitation facilities or on the acceptance of smart grid/smart home applications. In the future, it will also increasingly address areas of application of artificial intelligence in non-governmental organizations.

Merve is a developer advocacy engineer in Hugging Face and a natural language processing graduate researcher. She’s a Google Developer Expert in machine learning. 
Dr. Jelena Mitrović
(University of Passau)

Jelena Mitrović is a Professor of Legal Informatics and NLP, and Junior Research Group Leader at the Chair of Data Science, Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Passau. Her research group CAROLL (Computational Rhetoric in Social Media and Law) focuses on Natural Language Processing topics such as neural language models, hate speech detection, argumentation mining, and legal text processing.
Dr. Mojdeh Golagha
(Infineon)

I got my  Ph.D. in software and systems engineering from Technical University of Munich in 2020. In my Ph.D. studies, I focused on testing methodologies and debugging and devised a framework for failure diagnosis utilizing AI algorithms. After that, I joined fortiss as the deputy head of the Software Dependability department to work on the trustworthiness of AI algorithms used in advanced driver assistance systems. Since January 2022, I have joined Infineon as Robust software and AI expert, where I focus on deriving testing methodologies for AI-based radar applications and improving their robustness and trustworthiness. I introduce myself as an expert working at the intersection of machine learning methods and software engineering with the mission of trustworthy systems.
Anupma Raj

Anupma is an engineer turned sales manager with a special focus on Data & AI technologies.  At Microsoft, she leads a team of Cloud Solution Architects responsible for the German Banking and Insurance industry. Previously she worked for Google and SAP’s cloud platforms. 
Dr. Lavinia Israel
(ams OSRAM)

Lavinia Israel studied Mathematics at the University of Regensburg and did a PhD in applied mathematics at the University of Sussex, GB. She is now working at ams OSRAM in the data science team. She is responsible for Bayesian optimization and experimental design. She is supporting experts at ams OSRAM to design their experiments efficiently and to model process behavior and optimize process parameters accurately.
